It's Beginning to look like FALL

This was our garden harvest.  Our potatoes and carrots did better than they have ever done.

Our littlest harvester.

Tate has started playing hockey again this season.  So as a family we went to an open skate, and all four of us tried out our skating skills.

Tylynn wasn't too sure what to think, but she enjoyed watching everyone else on the ice.

We made a large batch of Spicy Dill Pickles and Green Beans.
They are quite tasty!

Fall season is also Cross Country Season.

The Big Race!  Look towards the left for the orange shirt, long sleeve black shirt and pants.

This was the half-way point for Tate's 1.5 mile race.

Making the turn after the final hills.

And making his way into the finish line chute!

He did very well for his first race.  Finished in the top half easily we think.

The weather was beautiful this weekend.  We took a hike up the Butte with Tate's hockey team.  It was a little chilly with the breeze on top, but we sure had fun.

And enjoyed the beautiful views, especially all the colors across the valley and the glacier in the background.  And yes we have snow on the mountains, it is creeping farther and farther down.  We have had one snow, but it melted in the same day.  Since then the weather has been wonderful.

On our way down someone hitched a ride :)
